  JustMemo reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to JustMemo or any portion thereof without notice.   I understand that I use this service at my own risk and that it is presented as-is with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. I agree not to hold the provider liable for any damage that may occur to me, my customers, or anyone involved as a result of using this service. I am solely responsible for anything that may occur as a result of using the provider's service. I agree that a listing in JustMemo will be removed if the URL the listing points to is inaccessible for more than 2 weeks. I agree that JustMemo can shut down the directory at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately, without any obligation to notify you or give a refund. I understand that at times inappropriate sites may appear in the index from time to time as a result of people abusing the JustMemo index. I agree to inform the provider when these sites appear so that they may be quickly removed from the JustMemo index. I agree not to place my site under an inappropriate category. I agree not to post to the directory any URL's that contain any of the following: adult or pornographic materials, excessive profanity, illegal content of any sort ( including but not limited to "warez," child pornography, content showing people how to conduct illegal activities such as hacking, passwords or serials for commercial products), defamatory content of any kind, seditious writings, libel, hate propaganda, racist or otherwise discriminatory content, tools or instructions for "spamming" of any kind, or anything else which common sense may dictate as unacceptable for general consumption. I agree that JustMemo is the sole arbiter of what sites are deemed acceptable for the JustMemo directory and that JustMemo may remove my site from the directory without warning or explanation. In the most extreme cases we may be forced to involve law enforcement and/or the Internet provider of the hosted site. I understand that all communications with JustMemo's staff are strictly confidential. I agree that the information I am using to sign up is valid, factual, and in good faith. I agree not to sign up using a false name, fake/invalid email address or alias of any sort and that doing so constitutes an act of fraud.
